Held in the beautiful garden of Hartley Botanica, we gather in community to find support through one another. Through storytelling and shared energy, we create a safe haven that allows us to dig deeper to find out more of who we are. Facilitated by Jen Benitez, born from a generation of healers, a creator and arts advocate for youth and women, she holds space and guides us through with several different healing modalities. The intention for each circle is to call in renewed energy and remove any lingering stagnant energy. Past attendee’s always leave feeling eager to come to the next or some feel such a weight lifted off their shoulders, they no longer need to attend any future circles. Wherever you are in your healing, UMAKYAT (Ascension) invites you to show up as you are and take whatever it is intended for you at this present moment.
